“The best sourdough I’ve had outside of San Francisco. Crackly crust, chewy crumb — we buy two loaves every Saturday and freeze one.”
Naturally leavened loaves, laminated pastries and good coffee, baked in small batches on Juniper Street — every morning, before the town wakes up.

Our starter has been fed twice a day since 2016. Every loaf is mixed by hand, shaped at the bench and left to ferment slowly overnight — that’s where the open crumb, the gentle tang and the blistered, crackling crust come from. No shortcuts, no commercial yeast.
A short list, baked fresh every morning. When it’s gone, it’s gone — so if your heart is set on a morning bun, we’d come before 10.
